This Privacy Policy explains how Hospital Cooperation, a Q SYSTEM application, handles personal information and Google user data when you use the application or connect a Google account.
1. Information we may access
The exact Google OAuth permissions requested are shown on the Google consent screen. We only use Google user data necessary to provide the features you choose to use.
- Google account information: basic account identifiers, such as an email address or account identifier, when those fields are included in the permissions you approve.
- Google Drive data: file or folder metadata and file contents that you explicitly select, open, create, or otherwise authorize Hospital Cooperation to use through Google Drive.
- OAuth credentials: access tokens and, when offline access is approved, refresh tokens used to maintain the connection you authorized.
- Application activity: technical request, error, and operational information required to provide and secure the service.
2. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-requested Hospital Cooperation and Q SYSTEM functionality. Depending on the feature you invoke, this may include locating, reading, creating, updating, or organizing authorized Drive files and using those files as inputs or outputs for workflows you initiate.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, ad targeting, credit decisions, or sale of personal data. We do not use Google user data to build or enrich advertising profiles.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data. We may disclose information only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect users or the service, or use infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited data as required to operate the application.
- Google processes data according to the Google services and APIs you choose to connect.
- Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Service providers are not authorized by us to use Google user data for their own advertising purposes.
4. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and integrity, comply with legal obligations, and support the workflows you request.
OAuth credentials may be retained while your Google connection remains active. Temporary or cached file data, when created, is retained only as needed for the relevant operation or service purpose. You may request deletion of personal information associated with the application by contacting us.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Connections to this site and Google APIs use HTTPS. Access to production systems and credentials is restricted to authorized operational use.
No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and controls
You control whether to authorize Google access. You can revoke Hospital Cooperation's Google access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections or security settings. Revocation prevents future API access using that authorization.
You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the application, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
7. Children's privacy
Hospital Cooperation is intended for organizational and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this application.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, connected services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
